Daniel A. Lansen, Partner
Partner Daniel Lansen has been with Compufit for over a decade, leading the company since 2012. Stepson of former Compufit President Tara Meenan Lansen, Dan continues Tara’s legacy of personal service and strategic excellence, capitalizing on Compufit’s appreciable momentum to continue to propel the company’s aggressive growth. A graduate of the University of Richmond’s Robins School of Business, Dan is also a 2010 APEX recipient of the Westchester County Association’s “Young Professional of the Year” award, and was honored as one of the Business Council of Westchester’s 2011 “40 Under 40” Rising Stars. In addition to his leadership at Compufit, Dan serves on various non-profit Boards in the community.
John Nunes, Partner & Chief Information Officer
Partner and CIO John Nunes possesses the unrivaled ability to translate advanced technical concepts into plain English. Working closely with each client, John is able to establish a personalized technology roadmap ensuring that their business needs and goals are aligned with their IT investments. John’s passion for technology drives him to keep pace with latest technologies and trends, leading Compufit’s dedication to ongoing training and skill development. Outside the office, John can often be found traveling or scuba diving, and he also volunteers for the National Great Pyrenees Rescue, helping abused, neglected, and abandoned Pyrs find new homes.
Bill Abram, Chief Operating Officer
After founding, leading, and eventually selling two technology companies over a 20+ year career, Bill Abram joined Compufit as Chief Operating Officer to execute the firm’s aggressive growth strategies. Bill is an industrial engineering graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and holds an MBA in finance from Pace University. Bill is an Eagle Scout and a passionate volunteer in a number of organizations in his community and has served as board chair of The Volunteer Center, a clearinghouse that recruits and refers over 15,000 volunteers a year. Bill currently serves as Chair of the Advisory Board for the Gateway2Entrepreneurship program at Westchester Community College.
Mark Lacerra, CIO
Mark Lacerra serves as an outsourced CIO for Compufit’s clientele, aligning their business goals with technology investments and best practices.
Mark has over 25 years’ experience in the Information Technology business, working in the public and private sectors. Before joining Compufit in 2012, Mark worked 12 years at Texaco Inc. in its Global Information Services division as an Application Programmer and a Sr. Systems Engineer. Mark moved to the private sector in 2002 serving as Director of Technology at Maier Markey & Justic LLP and M Group Consulting LLC, one of the region’s top Professional Services firms. He managed all technology services for the firm during his 10-year tenure. Mark is a graduate of Pace University in Pleasantville, New York with a BBA in Management Information Systems.
Dan Peters, CISSP, PMP, Director of Technical Services
After a 3-year stint in Silicon Valley, Dan has spent the last 25 years delivering IT infrastructure solutions in the New York region to companies of all sizes, from multinational household name organizations to small offices. Much of his career was spent in Legal and Finance. He has extensive experience in server deployment, networking and security, having specialized in each of those disciplines at different phases in his career.
Dan joined the Compufit team in 2012. He manages the engineering staff and ensures the quality of all technical solutions. He holds distinguished credentials in Computer Security (CISSP) and Project Management (PMP) and holds high-level technical certifications with Microsoft (MCSE) and Amazon Web Services. He has a BS in Computer Information Systems from Columbia College.
Frank Callanan, PMP, Director of Project Management
Frank Callanan has been with Compufit since 2010. Frank joined Compufit after a career in law enforcement and brings with him a passion for technology and learning. Frank works closely with the CIO team to budget, plan and implement projects which keep Compufit’s clients’ environments optimized. Adhering to Compufit’s belief in industry standards and professional certification, Frank earned his PMI PMP certification and teaches collegiate Project Management courses. Frank presently serves on the advisory board for the College of Westchester.
